Job Responsibilities Your specific duties in this role will include: • Prepare internal and external correspondence, i.e., contracts, proposals, group resumes, and event orders. • Maintain current and accurate files, i.e. client files. • Perform various administrative tasks, i.e. set up house accounts and billing information. • Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly, courteous and timely manner using the appropriate greeting. • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the sales office and surrounding areas.
