Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to own new business in our US mid-market segment (companies under 10,000 employees). You will run the full sales cycle and work with customers across manufacturing, retail, insurance, healthcare and more.

We are especially interested in people who have sold something new. Not a better version of a familiar product, but something that asks the buyer to change how they work. That kind of selling takes patience, conviction, and the ability to teach. It is what this role needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification and product demonstration through to close
\n
• Develop pipeline across new business, upsell and expansion in your territory
\n
• Be the first point of contact for prospects and stay close to your portfolio of accounts
\n
• Help customers see a different way of doing training, and build the case for change internally
\n
• Meet and exceed quota, and forecast your territory accurately
\n
• Build real understanding of customer business challenges and develop industry expertise
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 3+ years as an Account Executive or in a closing sales role, with a track record of hitting quota
\n
• Software / SaaS sales experience
\n
• Experience selling a product that required educating the market
\n
• Experience selling into L&D, HR, or enablement is a plus
\n
• Based in the US
\n
