Welder/ Fabricator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm )

• Perform MIG, TIG, or other welding as required Read and understand blueprints and welding specifications.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and other fabrication duties.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Follow all company safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Welder/ Fabricator Qualifications:

• Previous welding experience required.
• Ability to read and understand measurements and basic blueprints.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable and have good attendance.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Welding certifications are a plus.
