  • Develop a thorough understanding of Delaware directed trust structures, including the distinct roles and responsibilities of trustees, investment advisors, distribution advisors, and trust protectors.
  • Partner with internal specialists across investments, fiduciary services, tax, legal, and compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and responsiveness.
  • Monitor risk and ensure adherence to fiduciary, regulatory, and operational requirements.
  • Support business development efforts by strengthening existing client relationships and collaborating with colleagues across the wealth business.
What Makes You Successful

Ability to build credibility and confidence with affluent clients and their advisors. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex fiduciary concepts in a clear and practical manner. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Sound judgment and a commitment to exceptional client service. Ability to manage complex relationships while balancing risk, regulatory requirements, and client objectives.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of fiduciary, trust administration, estate administration, or wealth management experience. Demonstrated experience administering complex trust relationships. Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, trust administration, distributions, and trust taxation.
