MS-IL Staffing & Packaging , and its local client, are NOW HIRING a Forklift/Warehouse Associate in the Lebanon, Indiana , area!

Pay: $21.00 / hour

Shift: 1st, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required.

Job  Summary:

As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in our client’s distribution process by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping automotive parts while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

This position requires forklift experience and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including at least two of the following: Reach Truck, Order Selector, or Cherry Picker.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Receive, stock, and verify incoming inventory.
• Process orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and material handling equipment, to move inventory throughout the facility.
• Utilize Reach Truck, Order Selector, and/or Cherry Picker equipment to retrieve and store products.
• Load and unload trailers while checking for damages and discrepancies.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices.

Job Requirements & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Must have experience operating at least two of the following: Reach Truck, Order Selector, or Cherry Picker.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to operate RF equipment and warehouse material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Onboarding & Training:

Training provided on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety requirements.
