Job Description

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Executive Area Business Specialist for its immunology division to manage pharmaceutical product access, infusion site operations, and customer relationships in an assigned territory. The role combines sales strategy execution, clinical staff training, and payer/reimbursement expertise to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate patient access to immunology pharmaceutical products and minimize treatment attrition
• Educate infusion practices on efficiency, payer changes, and clinical staff training using company materials
• Execute brand strategy within assigned customer segment and manage total account relationships
• Mentor providers on developing in-office infusion programs including operations and reimbursement
• Serve as resource on payer policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical licensing standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Valid driver's license in the United States
• Three years pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device sales experience
• One year specialty sales experience required
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Willing to relocate to assigned geography
• Knowledge of reimbursement, payer, and infusion operations preferred
