About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Intern within the Marketing & Communications team, you will work with individuals across the organization to help advance IEX's brand presence. This is a cross-functional opportunity where you will be able to leverage both your qualitative and quantitative skills to help IEX set new standards and raise the bar for performance, fairness, and transparency. As an intern, you will help build and execute the digital marketing strategy across the IEX brands. This includes developing content, executing organic and paid social media tactics, growing our SEO and GEO presence, exploring AI tools that can assist in scaling the process, and providing insights and learnings as well as managing the social content calendar. No prior finance experience is necessary - just an appetite to dive deep into data, manage deadlines and be creative! What You’ll Do: Help to develop the social media campaign strategy with the marketing partners and corporate communication team across the organization to build and launch social media campaigns Identify opportunities to apply AI across the website — search, personalization, content recommendations and more Create and manage social media posts for both organic and paid media channels Develop graphics and creative to support IEX campaigns and explore AI tools to help expand creative libraries Document workflows and best practices for using AI in content production Work closely with the team on understanding digital marketing metrics to improve and optimize performance across all channels Create meaningful content that can be used across digital channels to effectively communicate with customers and prospects Your Background: Undergraduate working towards a degree in Business, Marketing or Communications Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter Interest in AI tools and their practical business applications Experience working with different levels of data across digital platforms Ability to manage differing priorities and expectations while maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally About You: Interested in social media for businesses Passionate about AI and utilizing it to scale Excellent project management skills Strong desire to use data and analytics to make decisions Organized and detail-oriented Collaborative team player Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting annual base pay is $35.00 / hour for this NY-based position. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
